PC and Network Maintenance Plan
For many years I have been repairing PC's that break down because both simple software and hardware maintenance haven't been performed on a regular basis. I know that people are busy and maintaining a PC isn't a high priority. A PC is like a vehicle or an appliance that you never think about until it breaks down. With the way people have come to rely on their PC's as the hub for their lives, breaking down can't be an option. What we have tried to do, is make an affordable plan for everyone, home and business user, alike. If one of these plans don't work for you, let us customize one that does. We want your computers to be as dependable as you need them to be.
Homes and Small Businesses. $15.00/per month per PC.
1 year contract required.
Scan PC for adware, spyware, and malware monthly. (A2free, Anti-Malware,
Spybot S & D, and Avast required.)
Update any software that is required.
Leave a detailed report documenting services.
Physically inspect and clean your PC and router once per year.
Priority for Remote and Telephone Tech Support.
Point of Sale Systems. $50.00 per month for the server and $10.00 per month for POS's.
1 year contract required.
Scan PC for adware, spyware, and malware monthly.
(A2free, MalwareBytes, Spybot S & D, and Avast required.)
Clean up temp files and internet caches. (Ccleaner required.)
Download and install all Windows and Office updates on server.
Defragment hard drives on servers and workstations.
Check network for bottlenecks.
Install new versions and updates of POS and Credit Card software.
Leave a detailed report documenting services.
Physically inspect and clean your PC's, router and printers 2 times per year.
Priority for Remote, Telephone, and On-site Tech Support.
On-site service calls to repair items not mentioned above will be charged normal labor rates. Problems found at the time of the inspection of PC's will be charged normal prices for repair. These plans require high speed internet access and your computer to be logged into the administrator account. Each plan will include a Gmail and LogMeIn account to be created in the users name. We assure your complete privacy. We do not collect any personal information from plan users.
