Homes and Small Businesses. $15.00/per month per PC.
1 year contract required.
Scan PC for adware, spyware, and malware monthly. (Anti-Malware, Spybot S & D, SuperAntiSpyware and Avast required.)
Update any software that is required.
Leave a detailed report documenting services.
Physically inspect and clean your PC and router once per year.
Priority for Remote and Telephone Tech Support.
Point of Sale Systems. $50.00 per month for the server and $10.00 per month for POS.
1 year contract required.
Scan PC for adware, spyware, and malware monthly.
(MalwareBytes, Spybot S & D, SuperAntiSpyware and Avast required.)
Clean up temp files and internet caches. (Ccleaner required.)
Download and install all Windows and Office updates on server.
Defragment hard drives on servers and workstations.
Check network for bottlenecks.
Install new versions and updates of POS and Credit Card software.
Leave a detailed report documenting services.
Physically inspect and clean your PCs, router and printers 2 times per year.
Priority for Remote, Telephone, and On-site Tech Support.
On-site service calls to repair items not mentioned above will be charged normal labor rates. Problems found at the time of the inspection of PCs will be charged normal prices for repair. These plans require high speed internet access, and your computer must be logged in to the administrator account. Each plan will include a Gmail and LogMeIn account to be created in the user's name. We assure your complete privacy. We do not collect any personal information from plan users.
